“Kscope is thrilled to announce that throughout 2024 and into 2025 we will begin re-releasing the Oceansize catalogue, featuring their releases from 2007 onwards. Starting with a bang as an orange 12” on Record Store Day, the first release will be the EP Home & Minor, never before released on vinyl.
The Manchester rock band consisted of Mike Vennart, Steve Durose, Richard “Gambler” Ingram, Mark Heron, John Ellis and later Steve Hodson. Able to slot comfortably into a wide range of genres including post-rock, psychedelic rock and space rock to name a few, we are super excited to be able to bring these records back to people’s consciousness, allowing fans to own physical copies where perhaps they haven’t been able to before.”
